Overview
Students will be given a an opportunity to work independently, or in groups, to engage in positive wellbeing practices from 2.00pm - 3.30pm during Learning Conversation days.
Self-regulation is an important part of self-care, and as such, students may choose to participate in the optional wellbeing activities provided on the website or alternatively, to practice self-care in other ways.
You are encouraged to take this time to reflect on your own wellbeing during this time, and to choose activities that help you to revive, refocus, recalibrate and reconnect across the three domains of wellbeing: Mind, Body, Soul and Connect.
