The Program.
The program has been designed to provide you with a range of wellbeing experiences and activities that focus on the domains of 'Mind.Body.Soul'.
You are encouraged to select a range of activities, which may come from any of the domains, or alternatively to practice and engage in your own strategies for self-care.
Take some time to carefully consider the program and select activities that are meaningful and interesting to you from any of the 3 domains of wellbeing: Mind, Body, Soul & Connect.
