AMRAP CHALLENGE
As many rounds as possible challenge!
This activity is a short, sharp and high intensity workout!
You'll do 10 push ups, 15 squat jumps and 20 Russian twists as many times as you can, with a break in between! Good luck!

10 MIN FLEX & MOVE SESSION
This workout is a low impact mobility + flex session that will help improve flexibility, posture & leave you feeling great.

30 MINUTE CIRCUIT WORKOUT
It's time to get active!!!
STEP 1: Find a nice clear space in which you can exercise.
STEP 2: Set you computer up so that you have easy access.
STEP 3: Spin the wheel to see what exercise you will be starting with.
STEP 4 : Start the clip (timer and music) and spin the wheel.
STEP 5: Complete your first minute of exercise. During the rest breaks spin the wheel again. DO NOT STOP THE VIDEO.
STEP 5 : Make sure you do some stretching and a walk to finish your session to make sure you get rid of the lactic acid that has built up in your muscles.
For an extra challenge
STEP 6: Find something that you can use as hand weights if you do not have any at home. This could be water bottles, cans of food or bottles of shampoo etc and use these when you are doing the exercises.

- Your group will need to come up with a skill sequence that is passed on virtually.
- This activity should show off the skills of your group members, however, all members do not have to perform the same skill or use the same equipment
- Eg, you could kick a soccer ball and the next person catches a basketball
- The video should flow in a way that makes it look like the equipment is being passed from one member to the next.
